Ok, very quick this time, but a (stupid) bug makes it a wise thing todo. Changelog:

FIX: #26: Sorting breaks for the 11th or more added item.
FIX: #30: Export should checkbox instead of 1/0. This is now possible with added syntax.
FIX: #32: Make the item list sortable. You can now sort in type, creation time and title.
FIX: #14: Highlight item after creation.
Sort type,tag list on alphabetically.
Fix image not updating correctly when selecting another image, when there is already an image set.
Show revision number in a git build.
Factor > 2 speedup on startup and even more on a reload. (+- 200 items takes 0.5 second to reach gtk_main())
Show type icons in Add Item menu
